Your role

• You work in the internal sales department at our Sion agency

• You are the first point of contact on the phone and at reception and respond competently to our customers
• You conduct telephone and face-to-face advisory interviews and identify targeted opportunities for advice and contract conclusion within the portfolio
• You prepare tailored offers, adjust insurance coverages according to needs, and update customer data
• You actively maintain relationships with current customers and systematically develop them (cross-selling and coverage upgrades)
• You respond to written and telephone customer enquiries independently, efficiently and with quality, in accordance with Visana’s guidelines

Your profile

• You have commercial training and experience in customer contact or sales

• You enjoy advising customers in a comprehensive, solution-oriented and reliable manner
• Ideally, you hold an AFA certification
• You communicate clearly, kindly and persuasively, even in demanding interview situations
• Your French language skills are very good; any additional language is an asset
• You work in a structured, reliable and results-oriented way and are proficient with common Office programmes
