Are you looking to start office work and have completed a commercial school or a comparable education? Ideally, you also bring a basic craft training (e.g., as a mechanic)? Then you are exactly right with us!
We need you for:
- Repair of suitcases and travel luggage
- Support and advice for our customers in aftersales
- Processing of service and warranty cases
- Coordination and documentation of orders
- Administrative tasks (MS Office)
- Support with technical clarifications
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Completed training (e.g., as a mechanic)
- Commercial school diploma or equivalent
- Manual skills and joy in repairs
- Solution-oriented and creative thinking
- Versatility and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills (spoken & written)
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Team spirit and strong customer orientation
