Within the automation team, you will be the exclusive internal supplier in relation to multidisciplinary teams and also in contact with external machine suppliers, assisting with the technical requirements of the profession to achieve zero defects.
- You create and modify machines for the assembly of products to automotive standards.
- You respond to the needs of your internal clients (Business Unit) by taking charge of the concepts, realization/modification, and validation of automation and robot programs.
- By relying on existing models, you work on complex machine sequences and communications under multiple protocols.
- You also develop the control HMIs.
Your technical involvement and good relationship with the mechanical designers, industrial computer scientists of the team allow you to create robust, high-performance codes appreciated by the colleagues who use the machines.
You master programming tools for automation (Codesys V3.x, Siemens S7 and/or TIA Portal) and have already practiced robotics (Epson, Fanuc, or Staubli). You are comfortable reading and analyzing electrical machine circuits for process and safety. Knowledge in computer programming or databases is a plus.
Your knowledge and mastery of requirements also allow you to effectively supervise our external suppliers before and during their modifications.
You possess organizational skills that allow you to follow and structure projects over time.
Working in an international environment, you master English at a professional level.
With a Bachelor’s degree, License, or Technician ES background, you have at least 5 years of experience in automation in an industrial environment (assembly of mechatronic products or design of special machines).
