With our motivated team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich, and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we get to realize with renowned architects and clients.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility and management of various demanding new construction and renovation projects
- Communication with clients, specialist planners, and contractors in collaboration with project management
- Leading construction meetings, managing project and specialist planner teams
- Coordinating workflows, monitoring deadlines, and quality control
- Quantity control, cost control, preparing tenders for additional work
- Administrative tasks within the project such as preparation and follow-up of meetings, protocol creation, correspondence, and scheduling
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training in construction, further education, or several years of experience as a construction manager or construction technician
- Professional experience in construction management of medium-sized building projects and experience in the Swiss construction industry with solid knowledge of all SIA phases
- Independent, responsible, and efficient working style in a digital environment
- High initiative, confident appearance, and communicative personality
- Organized, goal-oriented, and reliable person
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
