- You ensure smooth operations in the kitchen and lead the production of hot and cold dishes
- You plan menus and offers, take over ordering, inventory, and calculation of food costs
- You train, promote, and motivate your kitchen team
- You produce and prepare catering orders and supervise events on site
- You flexibly support all stations and take over mise-en-place tasks
- You ensure compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
- Completed chef apprenticeship EFZ and several years of experience as a cook, ideally also in banquet and à la carte areas
- At least 3 years of leadership experience as well as business management thinking and acting
- Experience in community catering, upscale gastronomy is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C1–C2) as well as English skills (B1–B2)
- Good IT skills as well as a clean, structured, and independent working style
- Passion for the cooking profession, joy in guest contact, and confident appearance

Together with your team, you surprise guests daily in the staff restaurant at the SNB with a diverse range: creative, seasonal dishes, freshly and variedly prepared.
You work Monday to Friday, depending on the duty roster. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends.
