• Performing professional service in compliance with the quality standards of our buffet and à la carte breakfast
• Preparation and follow-up of the rooms, setting the tables, and carrying out the mise en place
• Possibly preparing events in the breakfast room
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to a supervisor
• Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing in the à la carte breakfast
• Ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and standard-compliant presentation

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist, hotel specialist, or comparable qualification
• First experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
