Facility Service Manager (FSM) 100%

for the Central Plateau region (Bern, Olten, Aargau)

Your responsibilities in your region:

• Responsibility and leadership of integral mandates
• Direct communication internally and externally regarding the mandates according to the organisation
• Responsibility for organisation, processes and service delivery in the integral mandates
• Responsibility for the property budget according to the relevant guidelines
• Leadership and motivation of subordinate employees in the mandates
• Conducting training for existing and new employees
• Management of the on-call organisation Management of the deployed IT tools (CAFM, QM tools, etc.) Compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements for the assigned properties
• Energy management Conducting quality, safety and environmental inspections as well as audits
• Handling projects and innovations in the customer mandates
• Developing and implementing optimisation measures in the customer mandates

Your profile:

• Education/training in the field of Facility Management (FM), building technology (FH, MAS), higher education in hospitality (hotel management school) or similar fields
• Education/training in the technical field is an advantage
• Proven leadership and professional skills, preferably in the service sector
• Experience in facility management, facility services or similar fields, especially experience in healthcare is a great advantage
• Good knowledge in the technical field
• Independent, proactive and structured working style with good analytical skills
• Resilient personality who can set priorities correctly
• Team-oriented personality with motivational ability
• Appropriate and convincing appearance
• Very good IT skills Negotiation-level communication in German (French and English are an advantage)
• Driving licence category B
