• Support and relieve private customer and asset advisors in all administrative matters (financing, investments, provisions, and basic services)
• Participation in customer meetings (including preparation and follow-up)
• Telephone customer advice within the area of responsibility and forwarding incoming calls to the responsible contacts

• Completed banking training
• Knowledge of banking products in the areas of saving, payment, investing, financing, and provision
• Independent, precise, and responsible way of working
• Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking as well as high service commitment
