• You are responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and optimizing documents, including document management and template maintenance.
• You analyze existing document processes and develop solutions for standardization and automation.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal guidelines.
• You work closely with departments, IT, and external partners to efficiently manage and continuously develop document templates.
• You implement new document templates and are responsible for testing and approval.
• You document work processes, create training materials, and support the team in quality assurance.
• You analyze anomalies in document management and develop solutions for process improvement.
• You make a significant contribution to the migration of documents to output management systems and the replacement of the previous printing system Papyrus.

• You have experience in document or records management, ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
• You work carefully, structured, and have a good eye for detail.
• You are solution-oriented, communicative, and can contribute well in various teams.
• Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Opentext, DocuWare) as well as MS Office skills are an advantage.
• You have a good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance environment.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of English, French, and Italian is an advantage.
