Dispatcher Technology & Energy (Combustible and Fuel) 100%

• Planning and coordination of service and maintenance deployments
• Scheduling of our technician teams
• Appointment scheduling with customers as well as order placement
• Reception and coordination of emergencies
• Ensuring the flow of information between all parties involved
• Control of service deployments and appointment organization
• Dispatching our combustible and fuel vehicle fleet
• Daily notification of customers
• Monitoring and follow-up of tours
• Ensuring the supply of our gas station network
• Maintaining cooperation with drivers and partners

👉 During absences of the Energy Dispatcher, you will take over this function 100%.

• Commercial training EFZ or technical training with commercial further education
• Experience in dispatching (service, transport, or logistics sector)
• Experience in the combustible and fuel industry is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP is an advantage)
• Organizational talent with interconnected and business management thinking
• Resilient, flexible, and confident even in hectic situations
• Team player, customer-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
