Your contribution to our team
Help us shape a sustainable future – as a Team Leader Environmental Planning. In this leadership role, you take responsibility for an interdisciplinary team and strategically further develop the field of environmental planning. Together with your team, you handle diverse planning, consulting, and construction projects related to the broad environmental topics of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as well as various other environmental issues. You develop and manage the service portfolio of environmental assessments and studies as well as environmental construction supervision for smaller and complex infrastructure, construction, and planning projects. In doing so, you bring together clients, authorities, and other stakeholders to develop approvable and sustainable solutions. You value collegial and agile collaboration and enjoy supporting, promoting, and further developing the field of activity together with the team. Networking in a dynamic market comes easily to you.
Your competencies
- University degree in environmental or engineering sciences, environmental natural sciences, biology, geography, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience with broad knowledge in environmental planning, Swiss environmental law, and/or environmental construction supervision
- In-depth expertise in one or more environmental areas such as soil, contaminated sites, noise protection, or air hygiene
- Leadership and management experience in technical and/or personnel areas
- Experience in project management as well as acquisition and customer support
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, innovative ability, high initiative, and a solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and social skills
- Fluent in German; French and English are an advantage
