Social Pedagogue

• Provide children and adolescents between 7 and 16 years old with a reliable daily structure in a residential setting
• Support children, adolescents, and their families in managing their developmental tasks and achieving their goals
• Close collaboration with the reference system and clients through cooperative process design
• Work resource- and solution-oriented

• Diploma from a higher technical school or university of applied sciences for social pedagogy or social work
• Professional experience in the residential sector is an advantage
• High resilience in dealing with demanding situations
• Flexibility for irregular work assignments
• Flair for administrative tasks as well as reliable and independent working style
