Our modernization of the Division Buildings (Structural Engineering) is responsible for the acquisition and execution of renovation projects in the role of general contractor/specialist contractor. To strengthen the acquisition team in this area in Opfikon, we are looking for a Project Manager Offer (m/f/d).

In this role, you lead offer projects (general contractor/specialist contractor/competitions) and are thus the central hub of our order acquisition. You work closely with the management team and coordinate a project-specific team of specialists. Together with external architects and specialist planners as well as internal specialists, you create market-appropriate and customer-oriented offers and contribute to successfully planning and winning new projects. Collaboration always takes place within a team.

What you will drive

Strategically

• Developing the offer strategy and selecting suitable partners
• Identifying focus topics and defining the project processing workflow
• Involving all relevant stakeholders and preparing decision-making bases

Content-wise

• Leading and coordinating the entire project team, consisting of planners and internal specialists (calculation, execution, BIM, sustainability, etc.)
• Assessing the developed content in terms of project success and considering project-specific relevant aspects
• Adhering to quality standards at every project stage

Administratively

• Establishing and controlling a continuous and structured project filing system
• Checking and correcting assigned tasks
• Reviewing and adhering to project costs
• Compiling information up to submission and presentation to the client
• Collaborating with internal legal services to review contract contents up to contract negotiation with the client

Why you will succeed

• Master's degree (preferably architecture) with an affinity for numbers and construction-technical aspects
• Very strong skills in project management
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Swiss planning understanding
• Very good knowledge of common office applications
• Very good written and spoken communication in German (preferably Swiss German)
• Clear and structured thinking combined with high commitment, curiosity, and hunger for success
• Very high resilience
