Your tasks are:

• Management of the assembly areas for high-voltage test systems and coil winding as well as instrument assembly

• Close coordination, resource planning, and alignment with routine test field, system testing, AVOR/PPS, packaging & shipping for on-time delivery of customer orders

• Target and capacity planning using weekly detailed planning, vacation planning, and bottleneck management

• Ensuring the corresponding key performance indicators regarding safety, quality, delivery, productivity through effective shop floor management

• Compliance with and monitoring of safety regulations

• Ensuring open and transparent communication within the team

What you bring:

• Solid mechanical and/or electrical basic training

• Completed further training, e.g., as a production specialist, process specialist, or technician HF

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the assembly of electrical systems and electronic devices is required

• Team-oriented, communicative, and quality-focused personality

• Good German skills in spoken and written form – English skills are an advantage
