Are you a psychiatric specialist looking for a professional perspective in social pedagogy? Have you decided to pursue a leadership career or are you already a leadership professional?

- Support for the operations management in strategic and operational areas
- Independent assumption of organizational and administrative leadership tasks
- Complementary personnel management in collaboration with the operations management
- Participation in organizational development topics
- Conveying expertise in psychiatric matters
- Participation in the support and promotion of a maximum of 24 adult residents
- Case management in the context of personal work for 1 to 3 residents
- Collaboration with legal representatives, doctors, therapists, and authorities
- 24-hour / 365-day operation with one to two night shifts per month, in-house
- HF/FH degree in nursing with a specialization in psychiatry or psychiatric experience
- Enjoyment in co-designing and taking on responsibility
- Proficient user knowledge in MS Office, including Outlook
- Good organizational skills and observational skills
- Motivation to support people with mental impairments in the long term.
- Humor, positive attitude towards life
