- Advise our members from the cantons of VD, VS and GE in the field of social insurance and represent them by mandate within the framework of the administrative procedure
- Establish and develop contacts with administrative authorities and other organizations
- Perform the administrative tasks inherent to the position
- Holder of a social insurance specialist certificate or equivalent training
- Writing skills with proven experience in drafting appeals
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and understand complex situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with very good stress resistance related to time constraints (deadlines)
- Ability to handle complex or emotionally charged advisory situations
- Excellent writing skills and proven experience in drafting administrative acts
- Proficiency in the Windows environment and MS Office tools
- Sensitivity to disability issues
