About the position
As Head of Maintenance & Calibration, you take on the strategic and operational management of maintenance in the GIS area. Your work ensures plant availability, optimizes maintenance processes, and strengthens production goals through a reliable technical infrastructure.
What you can achieve
Leadership and further development of the maintenance team
Planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Development of maintenance contracts with external suppliers and GIS purchasing
Analysis of plant conditions and derivation of optimization measures
Collaboration with production, industrial engineering, and external partners
Introduction of digital tools for maintenance planning and documentation
Support in the industrialization of new GIS products and technologies
Budget responsibility and strategic resource planning
Your profile
Technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or comparable training with further education
Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in the high-voltage or GIS environment
Leadership experience and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of SAP, lean maintenance, and plant management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Very good German and English skills
