- Individual correspondence with customers via email and chat as well as using letter templates
- Processing insured and contract data as well as other administrative tasks
- Continuously deepening your health insurance knowledge and expanding your advisory skills
Why you succeed:
- You have completed vocational training or have a high school diploma
- You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written; any additional language is a plus
- You have the VBV training (Health Insurance Module) or are willing to complete it
- You enjoy communicating professionally by phone and via digital channels, where advice and sales go hand in hand
- You keep an overview and stay calm even in challenging situations
