This is your area of responsibility:
- Overall coordination, control, and management of strategic SAP projects
- Independent development of measures to achieve project goals
- Support of change processes within the framework of change management
- Close collaboration with SAP module managers, departments, and external service providers
- Preparation and prospective management of the S/4 HANA transformation
- Creation of decision templates for management as well as regular reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies
- Coaching of (sub-) project managers
- Participation in the IT PMO (Project Management Office)
- Completed studies in business informatics or comparable qualification
- Very good German and good English skills
- Successfully completed several international SAP projects, ideally also in the context of S/4 HANA
- Experience with project management methods (classical and agile)
- Deep understanding of business processes and their technical implementation
- High degree of independence, structure, communication skills, and reliability
