What you can achieve
- As a central interface, you ensure efficient, timely, and cost-optimized production planning.
- You are responsible for the ongoing creation and adjustment of production plans (short-, medium-, and long-term).
- In close exchange with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Production, you optimally use resources and capacities.
- With proactive, target-group-oriented communication, you ensure coordinated collaboration with all relevant interfaces (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality Assurance).
- Based on relevant KPIs (delivery readiness, inventory, OEE, etc.), you identify potentials and derive targeted improvement measures.
- You initiate and actively drive continuous optimizations.
- You ensure correct foundations by maintaining and optimizing master data and planning parameters in the ERP and planning system.
- Your commitment is also reflected in active participation in projects related to digitization and automation.
What you bring with you
- A completed vocational training, ideally in the food sector, forms your professional basis.
- Additional training (e.g., process specialist HF, technical salesman) is ideally already part of your profile.
- Experience in production planning, preferably in the food industry, characterizes your professional background.
- Analytical strength, networked thinking, and a pronounced competence in numbers and KPIs are among your strengths.
- Even in hectic situations, you convince with flexibility, solution orientation, and a clear overview.
- A high affinity for systems (ERP, planning, and BI tools) as well as knowledge of SAP and MS Office support you in your daily work.
- Your working style is characterized by strong communication skills, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility.
