About the job
What you will achieve:
- Responsibility for lead management reporting including continuous development and quality assurance
- Translation of business requirements into reporting and IT specifications in close collaboration with business units and IT
- Design, creation, and further development of reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses as well as conducting in-depth analyses to derive insights and concrete recommendations for action
- Participation in cross-departmental projects focusing on sales and AI initiatives
- Active involvement in building and further developing the BI and reporting landscape (e.g., Looker)
Why you will succeed:
- Independent, flexible, and resilient personality with a strong implementation focus as well as a (technical) university degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business informatics) and a high quality standard for your own work
- Several years of experience in creating reports and interactive dashboards with common BI tools (e.g., Looker, MicroStrategy)
- Experience in the interface function between business units and IT, including the use of JIRA processes
- Strong data affinity and solid knowledge in script-based data preparation, ideally with SQL
- Excellent communication and consulting skills in German and English to convey complex analyses and requirements appropriately to different stakeholders
