For our Thai Urban Kitchen at Basel Train Station, we are looking for a new Team Leader immediately.
Your tasks:
- Sale of Asian dishes and drinks
- Operating the cash register and billing according to internal guidelines
- Assisting in the Asian kitchen
- Leading a team of 10 employees in daily operations
- Preparing the daily order and inventory
- Introducing new employees to all operational matters
- Training employees in hygiene, recipes, and standards
Your profile:
- You are a motivated, friendly, and loyal personality
- You have experience in gastronomy as well as in direct cash handling (including foreign currency)
- You communicate fluently in German and English; any additional language is an advantage
- Preferably, you have some leadership experience
- You are accustomed to stressful situations and are extremely flexible
- You work independently, reliably, and with a lot of commitment and initiative
- A high awareness of quality and hygiene is a matter of course for you
- You enjoy working in an international environment
- You are extremely customer-oriented and enjoy working in a team
- You have good manners and a well-groomed appearance
