As a member of the urban planning team within the interdisciplinary business unit, you actively shape inner development and play a central role especially in the planning and coordination of upcoming site developments in the area of the Master Plan Urban Space Wetzikon Station.
- Independently lead, accompany, and coordinate site developments from quality assurance procedures through to the completion of public as well as cooperative private planning processes
- Project management and controlling as well as coordination of professional alignment at all planning levels
- Ensure demand-oriented internal and external communication and the involvement of all stakeholders
- Develop well-founded and comprehensible bases for political decisions
- University of applied sciences or technical college degree with a focus on spatial planning, urban design, or architecture, or comparable qualification with relevant experience/additional training
- Proven professional and project management experience in the field
- Organizational and negotiation skills
- Interdisciplinary understanding and networked thinking
- Confident expression in spoken and written language
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
