The opportunity

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month assignment as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Junior Sourcer, where you'll be at the heart of our hiring efforts across Switzerland and our team in Western Europe. How you’ll make an impact

Use LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases (e.g. HiNext), to identify qualified candidates

Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for priority and hard-to-fill roles

Engage passive candidates and promote the employer brand through personalized outreach

Review CVs and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit and create longlists of high-quality candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS

Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and documentation protocols

Collaborate with Talent Partners to align sourcing efforts with hiring strategies
Your background

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow

At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment coordination

Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, preferably Hinext

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems is a plus
