About the job

The Building Construction Department at the Office for Urban Development handles projects for all city departments in the role of client representation and implements these construction projects with quality, economically and sustainably.

Your Tasks

Supporting the departments in strategic planning

Developing solution strategies for new construction as well as renovation projects

Organizing feasibility studies, study assignments, and architectural competitions

Promoting public building culture with innovative solutions within the framework of project definition

Designing project organizations and leading project teams

Your Profile

Completed architecture degree (Master) or comparable qualification in planning and construction industry

Several years of professional experience as an architect

Independent, strategic, and networked thinking and working

Knowledge of process flows across all project phases

Very good communication skills and willingness to engage in political processes
