Your Tasks
- Establishing, maintaining, and further developing a comprehensive supplier management system including supplier development
- Conducting price, contract, and condition negotiations
- Creating and implementing product group and assortment strategies
- Performing analyses, statistics, and evaluations to identify savings potentials
- Leading or actively participating in interdisciplinary procurement, standardization, and optimization projects
- Advising and supporting internal demand carriers (stakeholder management) in procurement and project initiatives
- Participating in public tenders according to legal requirements (BöB/VöB)
- Co-responsibility for the demand-oriented procurement of medical and non-medical goods
- Ensuring operational supply in collaboration with logistics, specialist departments, and suppliers
- Implementing contracts, assortment decisions, and strategic guidelines
- Contributing to the establishment and further development of a modern, digital, and efficient procurement system
- Supporting procurement projects and the introduction of new procurement models (e.g., sustainable supply chains, agile procurement)
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally in the healthcare or hospital environment
- Additional experience in purchasing medical consumables and/or indirect goods
- Proven competence in negotiation, contract, and supplier management
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Convincing communication, confident appearance, and high customer and service orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage)
