You will look forward to these tasks

Leading the store staff and creating duty rosters
Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
Support in recruiting new employees and apprentices
Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
Ensuring concept-faithful and appealing product presentation
Supervision, training and development of apprentices and employees
Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated post agency
Handling various administrative tasks

Completed training in retail with EFZ or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
Enjoyment of active customer contact
Very good knowledge of German
High willingness for flexible working hours
Independent and reliable way of working
High social and professional competence
Trainer certificate is an advantage
