Your Tasks
As a team leader, you take responsibility for smooth night operations. Setting priorities comes easily to you, and you organize your work to ensure the safety and quality of care for our residents. Monitoring and carrying out nightly care processes as well as preparing, checking, administering, and ordering medications are among your main tasks. Professional and conceptual thinking and acting are important to you, and you are open to innovations and tackle them with motivation. As a team leader, you are responsible for complete information flow.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
