BV Landi March Cooperative is a regional company based in Wangen SZ. We operate a Landi store, an Agrola gas station with a shop, and a modern agricultural center with a feed filling system. For regional agriculture, we are a reliable trading partner and provide our customers with personal and specialized advice. Our goal is to bring added value to our customers and to handle our services flexibly and straightforwardly.

In the agricultural sector, the long-standing head will retire in 2026. As part of succession planning, we are looking early for an open-minded, proactive, and team-oriented personality as

Head of Agricultural Trade

• Advising agricultural customers
• Active sales of our agricultural products
• Personal care and promotion of cooperation with our farming customers
• Planning and implementation of sales campaigns in coordination with our strategic business units
• Familiarization with purchasing and demand-oriented procurement of agricultural production materials
• Ensuring product availability
• Leading the 6-member agricultural team

• Professional experience in a comparable position at a Landi and/or training and further education in the green sector, e.g., agricultural clerk, agricultural technician
• Team-oriented personality with a down-to-earth basis and access to farming concerns
• Sales flair and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, willingness to learn industry software)
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibility and organizational talent
• You are interested in further training in animal husbandry, crop production, and sales in general
• Good physical condition and resilience
