Tasks
- Provide comprehensive customer service from greeting to farewell.
- Prepare our signature waffles, coffee, and shakes with flair.
- Maintain hygiene standards and handle cash register duties.
Skills
- Experience in gastronomy, preferably in cafes; fluent in Swiss German.
- Professional and friendly customer interaction skills.

About the job
Founded in 2012 in Berlin and already with 25 other branches in Germany, the third branch in Switzerland is already following! The inspiration for these unique waffles came from Turkey, the store design from the American 70s. This, combined with our unique ideas to serve waffles differently than usual to our customers, is our recipe for success.
To continue this success, not only good waffles are needed, but also very good employees. For this reason, we are looking for a service all-rounder 80-100% and part-time from 20% for our store in the Mall of Switzerland starting immediately.
This is your job
From greeting to farewell, you offer our customers comprehensive service. In addition to the classic tasks in service such as serving, preparing, cashing out, and hygiene work, you prepare our homemade waffles as well as coffees and shakes.
This is your profile
We place special value on professional and friendly customer care, combined with a flair for the visual preparation of waffles, coffee, and shakes. As a young employee, you already have experience in gastronomy, preferably in cafés, and speak fluent Swiss German. You are a resilient person who remains calm during high customer demand, is familiar with common hygiene regulations, and puts customers first.
