Department:AUJUEntity:Regional Court of Littoral and Val-de-TraversThe Regional Court of Littoral and Val-de-Travers, Boudry site, is recruiting a clerk-editor position at 90%.
Activities:Your role mainly consists of drafting civil and criminal decisions and judgments to be issued at the end of procedures conducted by the judges of the Regional Court of Littoral and Val-de-Travers, Boudry site.Furthermore, you will be called upon to perform various tasks related to documentation and case management entrusted to you, particularly in the preparation of correspondence.
More broadly, all legal assistance tasks related to the work of judges and the registry may be assigned to you.
Desired profile:You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in law, complemented by the lawyer's license and ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a legal expert (after obtaining the lawyer's license), preferably in the judicial field, or any other experience useful for the position.Specific skills:
