YOUR TASKS

• You greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and ensure a smooth administrative admission.
• You are a central point of contact for patients, relatives as well as internal and external contacts.
• You create a pleasant reception atmosphere with your attentive and appreciative communication.
• You take on organisational and administrative tasks related to reception.
• You maintain regular communication with the shift supervisor and the triage specialist and support a smooth flow of information.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or as a medical and hospital secretary.
• Work experience as a medical receptionist in an acute hospital and/or in an emergency department is an advantage.
• You know the basic differences between illness and accident cases as well as the corresponding insurance procedures.
• You communicate very well in German, both spoken and written, and have good spoken English skills. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• You remain professional and calm even in demanding situations.
• You have a good sense of the needs of patients and contribute to a high level of service quality with your commitment.
