Job summary
Starting April 1, 2026, we seek a dedicated Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen role.
Tasks
- Manage resident administration, invoicing, and dunning processes.
- Handle accounts receivable and assist in accounts payable tasks.
- Oversee cash management and payment transactions.
Skills
- Completed Kaufmann/-frau EFZ and relevant further education needed.
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of Lobos is a plus.

Accounting Clerk (50-60%)
The following tasks are part of your responsibilities
- Main responsibility for resident administration including invoicing and dunning
- Posting accounts receivable and assisting in accounts payable
- Main responsibility for the cash register
- Handling payment transactions
- Clarifications of billing with health insurers
- Master data maintenance and service recording in the system (Lobos)
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
What you bring with you
- Commercial employee EFZ and completed further training (e.g. accounting clerk)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Positive, humorous personality with a hands-on mentality
- Understanding of the culture in the health or care sector
- Solid MS Office skills, knowledge of Lobos is an advantage
