Facility Technician (d/w/m)

You ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a facility technician, you keep our hotel in top shape and create an environment where our guests feel comfortable.

• You support our technical team and manage the hotel according to the guidelines
• You carry out maintenance, repair, and upkeep work and coordinate external companies
• You ensure compliance with all safety and fire protection regulations
• You handle necessary repairs and ensure smooth technical operation in the hotel
• You keep an overview of technical processes and also take on administrative documentation

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or in a similar craft profession is an advantage – experienced, versatile craftsmen without formal training are also welcome.
• Function as a safety officer or willingness to take on this responsibility.
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage.
• Very good German skills (level C1–C2) – competent oral and written expression.
• Additional foreign language skills are welcome and advantageous.
