Right in the heart of Emmenbrücke, our family-run and modern senior center offers a warm home for 54
residents. Additionally, we take care of our pensioners in the 30 retirement apartments in emergencies. We operate a public restaurant and employ around 80
staff.
For our department with 18 residents, we are looking for a
Certified Nurse HF or FH
in early and late shifts, 60-100%
Your tasks
Implementation and assurance of needs- and requirement-oriented care and support
Personnel and professional leadership of the day team
Control and evaluation of the care process
Leading case discussions as well as planning and conducting medical visits
Interprofessional collaboration with all positions involved in care and support
Your profile
Enthusiasm for long-term care, role model function, and joy in shaping
development processes
High understanding and empathy for the needs of elderly people and their
relatives
Leadership experience and willingness to acquire further skills
Organizational talent with high social skills and good communication abilities
