- 53 beds across the entire campus
- About 218 FTE – a strong, interprofessional team that you inspire, develop, and lead strategically
You manage four decentralized departments with direct leadership responsibility over:
- 4 department heads
- Educational coordinators
- Budget responsibility
- Process architecture and optimization
Your area also includes the interventional area, consisting of:
- Cardiac catheterization lab
- Day clinic
- Chest Pain Unit
You actively shape the further development of nursing processes and bring your expertise into interdisciplinary collaboration.
