Your Tasks
- Community-based social psychiatric work in a multiprofessional team for holistic care of adults
- Implementation of individual case assistance, social psychiatric counseling, and therapeutic group work
- Active support and implementation of the therapeutic concept in adult psychiatry
- Close cooperation with external partners within the social psychiatric network
- Ensuring the implementation of internal standards, guidelines, and quality requirements
Your Profile
- State-recognized university degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) in Social Work or Social Pedagogy
- Strong social skills, communication and conversational skills, as well as high resilience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for innovation
- Very good knowledge of social legislation (especially SGB II, SGB IX, SGB XII)
- Ability to work independently, structured, and responsibly
- Interest in further developing social work services and conceptual work
- Willingness for professional development and continuous quality improvement
