Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

are responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets
independently take care of the strategic growth of existing customers
actively participate in product launches and contribute to the planning and introduction of sales support measures (marketing campaigns, online campaigns, etc.)
create sales-relevant analyses, forecasts, and reports and develop action plans to achieve sales targets
monitor all competitive activities in the market and derive measures (pricing, distribution, sales promotion, personnel, services, etc.)
continuously coordinate with your colleagues, including those from other departments

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

have completed a commercial training (preferably with a focus on marketing, sales, or international management)
bring several years of professional experience in sales (ideally as a Key Account Manager)
have a pronounced “hands-on mentality” and count analytical thinking and data preparation among your strengths
convince with a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and trustworthiness
bring very good MS Office skills (ideally Excel) and speak fluent English
are a committed, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
