About the job

You support the comprehensive deployment planning of our total of 46 service technicians in Switzerland

You take over order-related communication with customers, technicians, team leaders, supporters, and the back office team

As one of four dispatchers in our dedicated team, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and profitability

You dispatch our technicians both in the assigned area and cross-departmentally for malfunctions, maintenance, and new installations

Additionally, you support our customers by phone with your first-level skills and offer quick, solution-oriented help

PROFILE:

You have completed basic training and have several years of professional experience in the commercial field

You have good technical basic knowledge as well as a strong interest and flair for technology

You are a team player, appreciate intensive customer contact, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment

You have good geographical knowledge and convince with very good organizational and planning skills

You speak fluent German and basic French skills are a welcome plus

You are confident with the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
