The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

With us, you will find a meaningful position: Support people with different needs and live inclusion. In this exciting role, you are not only responsible for the smooth operation of the lost and found office but also lead a small team of employees with disabilities.
HOW?
As the group leader of the lost and found office, you take responsibility and shape with:
- You are the direct contact person for employees with disabilities as well as for external partners related to the lost and found office.
- You are responsible for the professional support and promotion of employees with disabilities in sheltered workplaces.
- You are responsible for managing lost property and bicycle regulations and serve customers at the counter as well as by phone.
- You prepare the cash and monthly accounts.
- You act as deputy for the group leader of administration during their absence.

- Because you already have experience working with people with disabilities and ideally have further training in the field of pedagogy.

- Because you have very good German skills (C1 or higher) and ideally speak additional languages.
