Your tasks
- Following instructions and increasingly independently, you accompany and support learners in class
- Your energy and ideas are also needed in supervising learners during breaks, at lunchtime, and in the daily structure
- You will soon be confident to conduct short teaching units and be able to prepare and follow them up
- You guide simple care activities (such as brushing teeth, changing clothes, etc.) and support the learners wherever necessary
- You accompany our swimming and gymnastics lessons weekly

- A stable personality and pronounced social skills such as resilience, conflict ability, and willingness to learn are the basis for our work.
