We care for our residents and their relatives with professional competence and a lot of human commitment in often complex situations. Treatment, care, and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social, or emotional matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing specialists, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, and chaplains.
This is where you get involved
- Guidance of the learning process, organization, and implementation of all qualifications and competency certificates of the trainees in the training programs for Health Specialist and Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Responsibility for implementing the "Learning Location Practice" concept
- Planning and designing individual learning offers
- Responsible for the practical final examination of the trainees Health Specialist and Nursing Specialist HF/FH on the ward
- Care and support of the nursing home residents within the primary nursing system
- Care based on our practice-oriented concepts
You
- have training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience
- bring professional experience and expertise in geriatrics and palliative care
- have an advantage if you have already completed the SVEB 1/2 further education, alternatively you are willing to complete it
- ideally have experience in vocational training and enjoy working with young people
- are an open, flexible, creative personality with high pedagogical skills

Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is guaranteed around the clock. The Spital Limmattal care center is located in close proximity to the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the main train station.
