Your tasks

You provide technical support for SAP EDM (Energy Data Management) and the integration into S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) as well as other peripheral systems
Subproject management and project collaboration in the introduction of SAP EDM, SAP AMI, market communication
You analyze and optimize energy management processes such as load profile processing, balancing, or market communication
You support the specialist department in creating complex network constructs
You make customizing changes and help mitigate changes and their impacts on EDM or other processes
As an IT business partner for SAP EDM on S/4HANA, you advise on best practices, automation, digitalization, and cost optimization.
Additionally, you analyze IT system errors as 2nd level support with independent resolution or forwarding to 3rd level support
You train and support the internal specialist departments

Your profile

Higher professional education as a business informatics specialist FH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Experience in process analysis and optimization
Either already some contact points with SAP EDM such as time series management, profile assignment, aggregation, or another EDM system (for example Belvis or Robotron)
or very good knowledge of S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) and SAP Cloud solutions and the willingness to familiarize yourself with SAP EDM
Experience with SAP AMI / market communication / device management is an advantage
Technical understanding: coding is not a foreign word to you: experience with ABAP and debugging is an advantage
High customer orientation, very good communication skills, and assertiveness
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
