To support the existing team, we are looking for you for our central accounting department in Winterthur immediately or by arrangement as
You can look forward to these tasks
- Checking, processing, and automatic posting of overhead creditor invoices with automatic creditor workflow of Volg Detailhandels AG and Volg Konsumwaren AG
- Checking, processing, and automatic posting of expense receipts for Volg Detailhandels AG and Volg Konsumwaren AG
- Control and processing of dunning entries and execution of weekly payments using SAP
- Accounts receivable dunning runs including maintenance of the customer base and regular contact with internal and external parties in German and preferably also in French
- Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support of the team management in various administrative tasks

- We are looking for an initiative and clever person with a successfully completed commercial basic education
- You have experience in accounting and know the processes in accounts payable and VAT
- You are proficient in SAP FI/CO and the common MS Office programs and appreciate working independently
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, a quick grasp, and enjoy actively participating in projects
- Furthermore, you are used to working efficiently, accurately, and structured, and to keeping an overview even in hectic situations
