To complement our «Fugu» daycare team in the city of Zurich, we are looking for a group leader 100% starting April 2026 or by arrangement

«Fugu» daycares are a private company committed to expanding family-supportive childcare at attractive locations.

You lead your group team with empathy and develop your leadership skills. You build a trusting relationship with the parents and are their contact person. TASKS

• Independently lead the children’s group according to our socio-pedagogical principles
• Care for and support the children in daily life
• Independently and carefully acclimate and integrate the children into the group, in collaboration with the parents and daycare management
• Professional contact with parents as well as writing and conducting regular parent meetings
• Planning and implementation of internal group parent events twice a year
• Independently guide interns according to our internal training concept
• Support apprentices in practice in close cooperation with the training supervisors
• Plan and conduct excursions and events

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in childcare
• Reliable, independent, and organized working style
• Motivation and resilience
• Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
• Positive and customer-oriented demeanor
