Gardener – Foreman – Organizational Talent Wanted

Activities

You lead the team, plan and organize workflows, order materials, monitor the quality of work, communicate with customers, and carry out practical tasks yourself such as planting, maintenance of green areas, lawns, hedges, and flower beds.

Requirements

You have completed gardener training (ideally in gardening and landscaping), experience in a leadership role, leadership and organizational talent, knowledge of plants and soil, plant protection knowledge, and usually hold a class B driving license.
