Polymechanic – Manufacturing - great permanent position
Activities
- Independent production of demanding apparatus and pressure vessel parts mainly made of stainless and other high-quality materials mostly on
- cycle lathes and conventional machines
- Independent programming and setup of turning/milling machines
- Production of single pieces and small series
- Development of manufacturing strategies for the production of the parts
- Independent quality control of the manufactured parts
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ
- Professional experience in machining (drilling, turning, milling)
- Many years of experience in turning
- Advantageous: CNC knowledge (turning, ProtoTrak SLX control)
- Experience in processing various materials (e.g. stainless steel, C22, aluminum, PTFE)
- Precise, independent and structured way of working, high resilience
- Technical understanding and good spatial imagination, creativity
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
