The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 500 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approximately 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.
The Regensdorf location offers 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.
- Co-responsibility for the organization of the entire hotel and housekeeping area
- Responsibility for daily operations, professional processes, and further development of the entire area
- Independent personnel management of seven employees, responsibility for duty scheduling, recruitment and development, as well as control within your own area
- Responsibility for purchasing and inventory management
- Leadership and participation in various project groups
- Leading meetings within your own area
- You have completed higher vocational training (Hotel and Housekeeping HF, Facility Management Leadership or equivalent)
- Leadership training is desirable
- You have several years of leadership experience in a similar position, are an organizational talent, and enjoy working independently
- Your thinking and actions are economical and structured
- Your German language skills in speaking and writing are very good (at least level C1)
- Flexibility and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
