You enjoy producing high-quality dishes and managing various kitchen stations? You can expect regulated working hours, secure work planning, and varied tasks in our lively, modern operation.
These are your tasks
- Independently lead and organize various kitchen stations
- Produce high-quality dishes for the event kitchen area
- Menu and offer planning in collaboration with supervisors
- Weekly station ordering as well as goods receipt and inspection
- Assist in leading the Commis de Cuisine and in training apprentices
