- Responsibility for the implementation of professional and individual care and support of our
residents, taking into account our concepts, guidelines, and standards
- Taking over the daily responsibility for the ward
- Responsibility for residents as a nursing contact person

- Completed diploma recognized in Switzerland or the EU
- Teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and independence
- Empathetic and appreciative manners
- Good IT user skills
